One of the objectives when designing events is to move our guests to keep a positive memory of our brand and choose us.
Events are communication tools that give us the opportunity to teach our customers, subliminally, the quality of our products and services.
Our event should impact the guests and only succeed if we are able to surprise with original features and offering a unique experience.
The message we want to communicate to our audience is critical to the success of our event, some of the questions we must answer are:
- What message do we intend to communicate?
- Who is our target ?
- When do we say here we are?
- How are we going to say it?
The place chosen for the celebration of the event is one of the most important decisions. Here imagination has no limits and we can choose a theater, palace boutique hotel, a winery … with some of these places might surprise our guests.
There are different types of events and we will make our choice based on the purpose of the event, then we share some examples:
Product presentations
They take place when a new product or brand is launched in order to captivate and entice the potential customer. One of the events Eveento presentation was made by the introduction of new sparkling «Queen of Kings» of Bodegas Francisco Gómez de Villena.
Incentive Travel
The incentive trip is planned and designed to motivate people to achieve business objectives predetermined by the activity.
«A meeting room that turns into a football stadium, just with technology.» It’s what made Tigrelab in the main hall of the hotel W Barcelona. Through video mapping, the Great Room of the hotel hosted the convention BARD Medical. A four-day event in which 550 employees experienced the magic of football at a convention where the beautiful game, the team philosophy and even a pure style awards Golden Ball were the star players of this event.
